Hope for Mental Health

Mental health is a state of mind characterized by emotional well-being, good behavioral adjustment, relative freedom from anxiety and disabling symptoms, and a capacity to establish constructive relationships and cope with the ordinary demands and stresses of life.

Society says we are as we're labeled medically. We may have physical & mental challenges, but they don't define us.  Lets look at Mental Health from a Mind, Body, Spirit perspective.

When we add in the spiritual dimension and have put our trust in Jesus, we know we have purpose, hope and peace from Christ. That dimension, helps many overcome the dark times of mental health.  Giving our life to Christ, and possibly getting deliverance or talk therapy or inner healing, also can be significant.  Often our body is still crying out, I'm imbalanced!  We work on better sleep, more sunlight and fresh air, healthier eating, laughter and creative experiences can reduce the stress hormone, change in brain activity, strengthen neuropathways, associated with positive change and emotions. Positive changes evoke openness to more positive experiences.

What happens when we take meds and are overburdened by the labels? Hope gets deferred. Turn down the noise, and remember who's you are.  He is the author of your story.

Let's look at our body for a minute. How can we care for our body? There is the pharmacological route or there is the neutrogenomics route of health. With nutrigenomics, we can't make claims to treat or cure, but science will show us that what was out of balance is significantly brought back into balance by healthy eating, yes, often that's not enough these days with soil nutrient depletion and toxins in the air.  Add in vitamins yes, Omega-3 may help with depression. The Bs help to produce neurotransmitters, help with dopamine and serotonin, and more. Necessary supplements are added back in once the oxidative stress is reduced. Then you can better discern what’s actually needed. Often we are low, and having labs done for any deficiencies is an eye opener. Consider the activator, patented synergistic formula of 5 herbs, peer reviewed by over 28 research labs. This formula activates our body to make its own anti-oxidant Glutathione, SOD and Catalase enzymes. Now your body has a fighting chance to reduce high oxidative stress, a key factor in mental health issues (depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, bi-polar). Start the activator typically before getting labs, reduce oxidative stress, then see what’s low. You'll discover a shift in your health, you'll want to enjoy the sun and fresh air, you'll begin sleeping better, want to exercise, maybe find a hobby and much more. You doctor may see changes and work with you to reduce your meds.  Activation is a key to unlock hope for Mental Health. We do not treat or make claims to cure.
