Mental health is a state of mind characterized by emotional well-being, good behavioral adjustment, relative freedom from anxiety and disabling symptoms, and a capacity to establish constructive relationships and cope with the ordinary demands and stresses of life.  Society says we are as we're labeled medically. We may have physical & mental challenges, but they don't define us.  Lets look at Mental Health from a Mind, Body, Spirit perspective. When we add in the spiritual dimension and have put our trust in Jesus, we know we have purpose, hope and peace from Christ.
