Hope for Mental Health
Mental health is a state of mind characterized by emotional well-being, good behavioral adjustment, relative freedom from anxiety and disabling symptoms, and a capacity to establish constructive relationships and cope with the ordinary demands and stresses of life. Society says we are as we're labeled medically. We may have physical & mental challenges, but they don't define us. Lets look at Mental Health from a Mind, Body, Spirit perspective. When we add in the spiritual dimension and have put our trust in Jesus, we know we have purpose, hope and peace from Christ. That dimension, helps many overcome the dark times of mental health. Giving our life to Christ, and possibly getting deliverance or talk therapy or inner healing, also can be significant. Often our body is still crying out, I'm imbalanced!
