December isn't always Merry & Bright

"It's the most happiest time of the year", an old Andy Williams song rings through our mind. For many, it's far from happy.  It's a month of anxiety, depression, lonliness, suicidal thoughts, some start drinking or med seeking to escape, some decide to get help in programs, others isolate at home white knuckling. PubMed (national center for biotech information) show studies of high oxidative stress as a key factor to these type of issues.

This post isn’t to focus on addiction and the hopelessness than often comes with it, but to be encouraged! Maybe you're someone who's gone through and are on the freedom side, yet get concerned around holidays for fear of being with family or friends and tempted to take a drink to be part of the group.  That craving kicks in and you don't know how to stop it. Or maybe you have family that falls in into addiction thru the holidays. Here's a Merry word of encouragement, there IS HOPE!

Full health is in Spirit, Soul and Body. You may be a person of faith, meditating on God's word worked through inner healing, going or gone thru therapy, yet recognize the slippery slop of addiction. It's more than self-control. Restoration at the cellular level is available by activating your body to do what it's designed to do, restoring health and changing overall wellbeing!
